Your Trusted Partner in Community Living
Bayside is located in North Everett, Washington, and is one of 19 distinct neighborhoods in the city of Everett Washington.
The architectural diversity of Bayside adds some spice to Everett’s cityscape. Bayside has fine historic homes and mill worker cottages. Family-owned businesses thrive alongside large, downtown firms. Bayside is home to the City’s first park, Clark Park, the restored Everett High School, the renovated Carnegie Library and The Hartley Mansion. Bayside has wide, tree-lined streets and interesting little alleys.
Many of the residents in this neighborhood were born and raised in Everett, but some are newcomers. Bayside is graced with a diverse population, which enriches the neighborhood with a wide variety of cultures, people and history.
The Bayside Neighborhood boundaries consist of 19th Street south to Hewitt Avenue and from Broadway west to Port Gardner Bay.

The BNA Mission Statement:
The purpose of the Bayside Neighborhood Association is to represent the interests and improve the general welfare of all Bayside residents by providing a democratic forum for exchanging ideas, settings neighborhood goals, and organizing neighborhood actions.
Bayside P-Patch
The Bayside Neighborhood "P-Patch" is a 1-acre community garden where several dozen gardeners can have a plot of land to tend for a cool $40 per year. The P-Patch name is unique to this area. The P stands for "Picardo" - a Seattle family who pioneered this collaborative gardening idea. We brag that our Bayside P-Patch might be the most scenic plot in the Northwest as it's situated on the Grand Avenue bluff overlooking Port Gardner and Possession Sound. There is often a waiting list to obtain a space in the garden.
